Mr. Manoj Baraar is a distinguished financial services professional and visionary entrepreneur with over 23 years of experience in India’s dynamic banking and financial services sector. With a strong foundation built during his early career at Standard Chartered Bank, Mr. Baraar went on to hold senior leadership positions, most notably at Indiabulls Housing Finance, where he played a key role in driving business growth and operational excellence across lending verticals.

In 2013, driven by a passion to bridge the financing gap for underserved businesses, Mr. Baraar founded the Delhi Wealth Group—a specialized financial advisory platform offering debt syndication, structured finance, and working capital solutions tailored for MSMEs and Mid-Corporate enterprises. Under his leadership, the firm earned national recognition as a trusted advisor in debt markets, thanks to its borrower-centric approach and strong lender relationships.

As the Founder, Chairman & Managing Director of D Wealth Small Finance, Mr. Baraar is spearheading the group’s latest venture into the last-mile lending space, with a sharp focus on Housing Finance and Loan Against Property (LAP) for self-employed and credit-invisible individuals. Operating as a Lending Service Provider (LSP) in collaboration with DMI Housing Finance, a registered RBI-regulated financial institution, D Wealth Small Finance offers transparent, tech-enabled, and needs-based financial products designed to promote inclusive economic growth.

Mr. Baraar is widely respected for his strategic foresight, ethical leadership, and ability to translate grassroots-level insights into scalable financial models.  Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer | D Wealth Small Finance 

Mrs. Suman Rani serves as the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of D Wealth Small Finance, where she brings a unique blend of academic rigor, strategic foresight, and disciplined financial management to the organization’s leadership team. A postgraduate in Economics, Mrs. Rani is deeply committed to fostering financial resilience, transparency, and regulatory compliance across all levels of the business.

With over a decade of entrepreneurial experience, Mrs. Rani has played a foundational role in the establishment and growth of the Delhi Wealth Group, working in close partnership with her husband and fellow co-founder, Mr. Manoj Baraar. Together, they have built a robust financial consulting and lending platform catering to the needs of India’s MSMEs and Mid-Corporate segments.

As CFO of D Wealth Small Finance, Mrs. Rani oversees financial planning, budgeting, fund deployment, internal control systems, and statutory compliance, ensuring that all operations align with RBI regulations and industry best practices. Her stewardship is critical in maintaining fiscal discipline, audit integrity, and long-term capital efficiency—cornerstones of the company’s mission to deliver responsible and sustainable lending solutions.

Her methodical approach, ethical mindset, and inclusive leadership style have not only strengthened the company’s financial backbone but also set a precedent for women-led leadership in India’s financial services ecosystem. Head – Business Development | D Wealth Small Finance 

Mr. Varughese George is a dynamic business leader with over 23 years of extensive experience in the retail and housing finance sector. As the Head of Business Development at D Wealth Small Finance, he is responsible for spearheading the organization’s sales strategy, partner ecosystem, and market expansion initiatives across India.

Mr. George has held senior leadership roles in several of the country’s top-tier financial institutions, most notably serving as Regional Sales Head at Indiabulls Housing Finance. In this role, he was instrumental in driving loan volumes, establishing high-performing sales teams, and enhancing customer engagement across multiple markets. His proven track record in scaling regional operations and fostering channel excellence laid the groundwork for his continued success at D Wealth Small Finance.

In his current role, Mr. George brings deep sectoral knowledge and operational experience to strengthen D Wealth Small Finance’s presence in the Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) segments. He leads initiatives around channel partner development, DSA onboarding and performance management, and customer acquisition strategies, all while ensuring alignment with the company’s compliance standards and customer-centric ethos.

Renowned for his strategic mindset, result-driven leadership, and on-ground execution, Mr. George plays a crucial role in driving sustainable growth, revenue diversification, and market share for the company. His ability to combine analytical insight with people management has made him a valued leader and mentor within the organization.

Credit & Risk

Mr. Balkishan Raghuvanshi is the Sr. Manager - Credit and Risk at D Wealth Small Finance, bringing with him over 18 years of extensive experience in credit underwriting, risk assessment, and housing finance.

A former senior banker, Balkishan served in various leadership roles across India’s retail lending sector. In his most recent assignment, he was the State Credit Head at Ummeed Housing Finance, where he led credit operations and policy execution with a focus on affordable housing.

At D Wealth Small Finance, he leads the credit appraisal process, PD evaluation, risk management, and policy development, ensuring every loan disbursed is backed by robust due diligence and compliance frameworks.

His deep field knowledge, strong analytical judgment, and ethical approach to lending make him a pillar of strength in the company’s credit and risk vertical.

 Senior Manager – Compliance and Audit | D Wealth Small Finance 

Mrs. Veena Jain currently serves as the Senior Manager – Compliance and Audit at D Wealth Small Finance, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s sales strategy, partner engagement, regulatory alignment, and market expansion across key lending verticals.

With an illustrious career spanning over 39 years at UCO Bank, Mrs. Jain retired as a Senior Manager, equivalent to Chief Manager, bringing with her a legacy of leadership, operational excellence, and integrity. During her tenure, she held several key positions, most notably as the Head of the Retail Asset Hub (Loan Department). In this capacity, she successfully led business operations related to retail lending, including Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and other retail credit products. Her efforts were instrumental in driving loan volumes, strengthening asset quality, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory frameworks, and mentoring high-performance teams across multiple regions.

At D Wealth Small Finance, Mrs. Jain leverages her deep domain expertise and practical banking acumen to lead compliance management, DSA/channel development, and customer acquisition strategies. Her insight into risk mitigation, regulatory processes, and credit operations continues to be vital in scaling the company’s footprint in Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) segments.
